Hadrian's Arch.

It is in the center of Athens, on an old road connecting the Acropolis to the place where the Temple of Zeus was. It was constructed by the Athenians in around 131 A.D, to honor the Roman Emperor Hadrian, who was a benefactor of the city. As you can see, the area in front of the Arch, is one of the busiest with traffic in Athens, at all hours of day or night.
