A walk on Mt Pelion. Step IV. Μια βόλτα στο Πήλιο. Βήμα IV.

Instead of turning into the village here, I continued down the valley here, surrounded by the woods and the fruit groves.
Αντί να στρίψω προς το χωριό εδώ, συνέχισα προς τα κάτω μέσα στην κοιλάδα με το δάσος και τα περιβόλια με τα οποροφόρα δένδρα γύρω μου.

I do not know how you resisted going to that village. I enlarged that photo and it looked worth a visit. Then again, you live in Greece and may have seen a dozen like it. What fruits were growing in the orchards there? Apricots, maybe peaches I bet. Do apples grow in Greece? It does not seem their kind of climate.

What a beautiful walk you've taken us on this morning, Costas! Such a gorgeous place and I, too, love your butterfly shots! The pears in your new header shot look delicious!! Hope your week is off to a great start!

Nice walk! Beautiful scenery. At first I thought the green butterflies were leaves! The village looks like a must visit place as well. Have you been into the village?

All this green is not my image of Greece. It's really a beautiful place. Your butterfly photos are outstanding.

So big differents in colors and things seeing in long or short distances. Great photos - too the ones of Mike, your daughters cat :)

May the week bring lots of great moments!
